Representation in Media (Gender and Stereotypes)
challenge gender stereotypes
In the movie Mulan, a girl by the name of Mulan is forced to become a soldier. As the only child of the family, the responsibility falls on her and she is forced to join the army as a man. She gives up on the idea of finding a man and decides to live independently.
Enforce gender stereotypes
