Table of Contents and Spread Mock Up

Table of Contents

I wanted to create a table of contents that relied on the image more than the text. I will use the images to give readers a glimpse of what they can find in the magazine. the stars represent to coverline that will tell readers what they can find on certain pages. The table of contents follows a basic design that will it easier to understand and more comfortable to look at.

Double-Page

For the double-page spread, I had two separate ideas. One spread contained 4 images with one body text placed between them. The first spread is aimed to give readers more freedom to imagine what it would be like to play certain games. The second spread is more informative. It has one central image with two body texts around it. this version is aimed to inform readers

Font

    Masthead

The font glitch inside is specially made for gaming. The font makes the reader feels as if the magazine was made with them and only them in mind. It also helps grabs their attention, since there use to more flashy and distorted images. the font type for the body text will be serif font because it has a more edgy look just like the masthead font.

color scheme

I chose this color because I believed that gamers would like it better than bright coolers. since gamers spend most of their time in the door in a dark room their eyes are usually adjusted to darker coolers. when reading the magazine readers won't be hit with a sudden change in colors.
